血清ApoE对脑动脉硬化症的诊断价值

摘　　要：本文观察42例脑动脉硬化症患者与正常对照组44例,对其血清 ApoE 和 HDL-C、LDL-C、TC、TG、ApoAI、ApoB_(100)含量进行测定,并将 ApoE 与 HDL-C、LDL-C、TC、TG、ApoAI、ApoB_(100)逐一进行相关比较,结果发现:脑动脉硬化症病人血清 ApoE、LDL-C、TC、TG、ApoB_(100)明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),HDL-C 显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01)、ApoAI 无明显变化(P>0.05)、且 ApoE 与 HDL-C 呈显著负相关(r=-0.31,P<0.01);与 LDL-C(r=0.84,P<0.01)、TC(r=0.86 P<0.01)、TG(r=0.46,P<0.01)和 ApoB_(100)(r=0.71,P<0.01)呈显著正相关,与 ApoAI 无直线相关关系。提示 ApoE 可作为诊断脑动脉硬化症的重要指标。We observed 42 cases of cerebroateriosclerosis(CAS)and 44 cases of con- trol.ApoE HDL-C LDL-C TC TG ApoAI ApoB_(100) in serum of all caser were mesured and ApoE was compared with HDL-C LDL-C TC TG ApoAI ApoB_(100).The finding is ApoE TC TG LDL-C ApoB in serum of CAS patients are significantly higher than normal control(P< 0.01).HDL-C is markedly low compared with control(P<0.01)and ApoAI has no marked change(P>0.05).ApoE has significant negtive correlation with HDL-C(r=-0. 31,P<0.01),maked positive correlation with TC(r=0.86,P<0.01),TG(r=0.46,P <0.01),LDL-C(r=0.84,P<0.01)and ApoB_(100)(r=0.71,P<0.01).ApoE has noline correlation with ApoAI.The finding indicates that ApoE can be used as an important index in the diagnosis of CAS.
