提高大鼠脑内cGMP水平可引起血压升高和心率加速

摘　　要：本工作证明大鼠侧脑室注射dbcGMP或CGPDE抑制剂异檞皮甙(Isoquercitrin)后引起血压升高,心率加速。异檞皮甙提高端脑、间脑和脑干中cGMP水平。In a previous study we reported that blood pressure and heart rato were markedly increased byintracerebroventricular (icv) injection of dbcAMP or aminophylline and the blood pressure was signi-ficantly decreased by icv injection of imidazole, an activator of cAMP phosphodiesterase. In the presentstudy, we found that icv injection of dbcGMP or isoquercitrin, an inhibitor of phosphodiesterase forcGMP also produced a markedly dose-dependent hypertensive and tachycardiac effect. Moreover, thelevel of cGMP in telencephalon, diencephalon and brain stem was raised by isoquercitrin.
