摘　　要：由于我国正处于社会转型时期,农村地区存在着大量的弱势群体,农村弱势群体问题的形成,主要有个体和社会两方面的原因。当前解决农村弱势群体问题的主要对策是:用科学发展观统领农村经济社会发展全局,发展农村经济增加农民收入,加大农村公共产品供给力度,加强对农民的教育培训,积极推进农村基层民主政治建设,切实处理好新形势下的人民内部矛盾,积极推进农村社会保障制度建设。Party of 16 four inside are all to will put forward to set up the socialism the harmonious social strategy speculation. But because of our country is being placed in the society the transformation the period, social minority community problem too very outstanding, especially the village region exsits a flood of minority community, will affect by all means the reformation open the business to harmonize to set up socially with socialism smoothly progress, this text from to the composing of the village minority community and because of of the analysis commences, inquirying into the concern and support with help the important meaning of the village minority community, put forward currentthe main counterplan of the village minority community problem of solution, make the village minority community also can share our country economy the result that society development, to push forward new village in socialism developments.
