可调缝线在小梁切除术中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察并评价应用可调缝线减少青光眼小梁切除术后并发症的有效性。方法将36例(59眼)患者随机分为两组,可调缝线组34眼,应用可调缝线缝合巩膜瓣;对照组25眼,采用常规间断缝合法缝合巩膜瓣。术后观察并比较分析两组患者眼压、滤过泡、前房深度、视力等情况。结果可调缝线组术后浅前房、低眼压、视力下降的发生率低,并形成有效滤过泡。结论巩膜瓣可调缝线在小梁切除术中的应用,可有效地调节术后早期滤过泡水平,从而减少并发症的发生。Objective To observe and evaluate the incidence of post - operative complications of trabeculectomy with releasable sutures.Methods thirty- six patients（59 eyes） with glaucoma were randomized into two groups,34 eyes sutured sclem flap with releasable sutures while 25 eyes received normal interrupted suture. The intraocular pressure（IOP）, the filtering blebs, the anterior of chamber depth, the visual acuity and other ocular complications were measured and compared between two groups. Results the incidence of post operative low IOP, shallow anterior chamber and visual acuity loss in the observed groups were less than that in the control groups. Conclusion trabeculectomy with releasable sutures could effectively reduce the incidence of post - operative complications by controlling the amount of aqua oculi outflowing.
