摘　　要：目的探讨被奸的精神发育迟滞妇女的性防卫能力问题。方法对24例精神发育迟滞女性被奸案例,从生物学、社会学、法学、心理学角度进行分析。结果有10例为轻度、中度11例、重度3例,性防卫能力判定:无12例,减低9例,有3例。结论中度和重度多倾向于判定无性防卫能力,轻度的为减弱。Objective To discuss the defending ability problem of raped mental retardation women. Methods 24 eases of mental retardation women who were raped were analyzed in biology, sociology, Jurisprudence and psychology aspects. Results The mental retardation degreewas slight in 10 cases, moderate in 11 cases and severe in 3 cases. The sex defending ability judgment degree was zero in 12 cases, decreased in 9 cases and a little in 3 cases. Conclusion The moderate and severe mental retardation degree might have no sex defending ability judgment. The slightly one might have weak.
