超声多普勒在周围动脉假性动脉瘤诊断中的应用

摘　　要：用超声多普勒检查１６例周围动脉假性动脉瘤结果表明，诊断正确率为１００％。超声表现主要是动脉附近有肿块出现，动脉有破口与之相通，肿块内有彩色血流信号和（或）频谱血流信号，压迫肿块近心端动脉时肿块变小或消失。Sixteen patients with pseudoaneurysms of peripheral arteries were examined by ultrasonic Doppler. The diagnostic accurate rate was 100%. The main ultlasonic features of pseudoaneurysm consisted of a mass adjacent to the artery with color Doppleer signal, the artery connected to it through a rupture hole, the mass became small or disappeared when the artery proximal to it was pressed.
