摘  要:研究了不同络合剂对化学水浴法制备太阳电池用ZnS薄膜性能的影响。研究指出,在相同的浓度下以EDTA为络合剂时,由于其对锌离子的络合能力最强,无法生成ZnS薄膜,而以肼与柠檬酸钠为络合剂时,成功制备成ZnS薄膜。结果还表明,采用柠檬酸钠为络合剂,在搅拌条件下制备出的ZnS薄膜适用于CIGS太阳电池的过渡层。最后实验利用FE—SEM、XRD、紫外—可见光吸收谱,透射谱和反射谱研究了ZnS薄膜的性能。Effect of different complexing agent on the properties of ZnS thin films for solar cell prepared by chemical bath deposition was studied. The results indicateed that ZnS thin films cannot be formed using EDTA as the complexing agent, for its stronger ability complexing Zn ion ZnS thin films were prepared using hydrazine or sodium citrate as the complexing agent. It also can be concluded that ZnS thin films are suitable for intermediate layer of GIGS solar cell using sodium citrate as the complexing agent with agitation. The properties of ZnS thin films were investigated by FE-SEM,XRD,UV-Vis spectra etc.
