摘　　要：桡骨下端是组成腕关节的重要部份，患骨肿瘤后手术应包括切除及重建，宜根据肿瘤性质采用不同方法，本文报告５例治疗经验。Since 1980, 5 patients with bone tumor of distal radius were treated in our hospital. There were 2 cases of giant cell tumor,2 cases of malignant histocytoma and 1 case of non-ossifying fibroma.The patients underwent total resection of the tumor and reconstruction of wrist joint with prosthesis replacement in 2 cases,with transplantation of free fibula,deproteined allogeneic bone or joint in others The follow-up revealed that the function of wrist joint was excellent in 2 cases and good in 2 cases,and one patient died of hepatitic failure without relation to the operation,We prefer resection of lesions combined with artificial wrist prosthesis replacement.
