摘　　要：根据精益生产的理念,提出一种新的车间生产准备管理技术———生产准备包来缩短产品切换时间。研究了生产准备包的定义、实施方案、要求及考核管理等相关内容。最后以某航空制造企业的应用实例说明其可操作性和实用价值。According to the idea of lean production, a new management based on lean production in workshop production preparation is put forward in order to shorten the exchange time of the products. The concept, flow, requirement and performance management about production preparation package are discussed. Its utility and maneuverability are exemplified by an aeronautical manufacturing enterprise.
