摘　　要：目的了解我国东、西、中部地区社区卫生服务站2002年度的财务支出情况。方法对全国不同地区61个市区所属的508个社区卫生服务站的财务支出进行问卷调查。结果不同地区社区卫生服务站的各项财务支出所占的比重不同,总体上呈现东部地区高于中部地区,中部地区高于西部地区。结论不同地区社区卫生服务站财务支出金额存在较大差异;而在支出的构成中,3个地区的药品支出所占比重较大,人员培训支出相对较少。Objective To find out the financial expense status in the community health service stations （CHSS） in east, west and middle regions of China in 2002. Methods A questionnaire survey on the expense in 508 CHSS in 61 cities was conducted. Results The ratio of components of expenses varies with different regions. As a whole, the ratio in the east was higher than that in the middle, and the ratio in the middle was higher than that in the west. Conclusion The expenses in different regions of China show a significant difference. There are same trends in the components of expenses in different regions： the proportion of drug expense is larger, whereas the proportion of expense for training is smaller comparatively.
