摘　　要：文章分析了当前社区卫生服务中试点全科团队服务模式改革所暴露出的观念认识、人力资源、运行机制及综合支持等方面面临的问题矛盾,并提出相关对策建议,对进一步发展完善全科团队服务新模式提供参考依据。The problems mainly about staff＇s idea, human resource, operation system and multiple support, exposed during the reform of the general practitioners team were analyzed. The relevant countermeasures were also presented in order to provide reference for the further reform.
