摘　　要：通过上海市深化社区卫生服务新模式改革试点实践经验,探讨在实行新模式改革后,如何紧紧围绕全科团队,构筑适应新模式改革的社区卫生服务服务机构内部管理体制和机构的设置,为进一步推广全科团队新模式改革提供参考。The paper explored the agreeable administrative system and organization settings inside the community health service institute by analyzing the practical experience of the general practitioners team in Shanghai city in order to provide reference to the further expansion of new mode of the general practitioners team.
