摘　　要：通过上海市深化社区卫生服务新模式改革试点实践经验,探讨在实行新模式改革后,如何合理组建全科团队以及全科团队的工作方式和工作内容等,为进一步研究全科团队试点总结经验。The paper explored how to set up the team of general practitioners reasonably, and how to definite its working fashion and task by analyzing the practice of the general practitioners team in Shanghai city so as to sum up the experience for further development of the general practitioners team.
