摘　　要：优势劣势-机遇风险分析,简称为SWOT分析。本文运用SWOT方法,分析在相关政策引导病人下沉社区后,全科团队服务模式所拥有的优势与劣势、面临的机遇和风险,并提出不同的选择策略,为全科团队服务制订发展计划和行动方案提供依据。Strength - Weakness - Opportunity - Threat （SWOT） analysis was used to reveal the future of the team of general practitioners after the policy leading patients to the community heahh service has been carried out, and the strategies which may be selected were presented, so that to provide reference for further development of the team of general practitioners.
