摘 要:[目的]观察茶多酚(tea polyphenols,TP)对麻醉大鼠血流动力学的影响。[方法]将麻醉大鼠随机分为4组:生理盐水组、低剂量组(TP 25 mg/kg)、中剂量组(TP 50 mg/kg)、高剂量组(TP100 mg/kg),用在体心脏法测定血流动力学参数LVSP、LVEDP、±dp/dtmax、CO、BP、HR。[结果]TP 25 mg/kg低剂量组静脉给药对麻醉大鼠的BP无明显影响,但可以显著提高麻醉大鼠的LVSP,±dp/dtmax,CO;TP 50、100 mg/kg中高剂量组静脉给药可明显降低麻醉大鼠BP,HR,LVSP,±dp/dtmax,CO。[结论]TP静脉给药在一定剂量范围内有降压作用,同时随着剂量的增加,心功能由强心转为抑制作用。[Objective] To study the effect of TP on anesthetized rat's hemodynamics. [ Methods] All the anesthetized rats were divided into 4 groups at random: NS group; TP 25,50,100 mg/kg. The experiment method of in situ heart of anesthetized rats was employed. The effect of TP on anesthetized rat' s hemodynamics (LVSP, LVEDP, ± dp/dtmax CO,BP, HR) was observed. [ Results] TP 25 mg/kg administered intravenously (iv) can significantly increase LVSP, + dp/dtmax CO in anesthetized rats, but there is no obviousl change BP. TP50 mg/kg (iv)and TP 100 mg/kg(iv) can significantly reduce BP, HR, LVSP, ± dp/dtmax, CO. [Conclusion] TP(iv) can decrease BP in some dose extent and left cardiac function was inhibited significantly from cardiac effect by increasing dose.
