摘　　要：本文搜集近10年的文献,对针灸抗脑衰老的临床和基础研究进行综合评述。在临床研究方面,证明针灸疗法可改善血管性痴呆和老年性痴呆患者的智能和社会功能;基础研究方面,证明针灸可提高认知能力、皮层兴奋性、脑血流量,调节神经递质水平,抗自由基和炎症,抗细胞凋亡,提高应激水平,调节脂质代谢和血中微量元素水平,以及良性调节相关基因的表达。上述研究为在临床中推广针灸治疗老年期痴呆提供了有力的证据,并为今后的深入研究奠定了基础。In the present paper, the authors review recent progress in acupuncture-resisting brain aging in recent ten years from clinical treatment and studies and animal experiments. In clinical, acupuncture could improve the intelligence and social ability of vascular dementia （VD） and aged dementia （AD） patients. In basic research, acupuncture was proved to have definite effects in improving cognitive ability, raising cortical excitability and cerebral blood flow, regulating neurotransrnitter level, resisting free radical and inflammation, lessening apoptosis, potentiating anti-stress ability, modulating lipometabolism and blood trace element level, and regulating the expression of some related genes. The research findings provide insight into the popularization of acupuncture therapy in clinical treatment of aged dementia and settle a good foundation for further study.
