摘　　要：港口是一国对外经济联系的门户和枢纽,其发展变化与世界经济和本国经济的发展变化紧密相连。整合港口资源,促进港口经济的发展,目前已成为我国经济发展的重要举措。从发展港口经济的重要性着手,分析了我国港口经济发展的现状以及制约因素,探讨了我国港口资源整合、发展港口经济的方略,以资借鉴。Port is a window and pivot for a country＇s economic connection with the external world. Its development is closely related with the development of the world and the country. Therefore port resource integration and development of the port economy become the important measures for China economic development. According to the significance of the port economy, status quo and restrictions of Chinese port are analyzed. Strategies for the port resource integration and port development are probed.
