卵巢恶性肿瘤术前常规应用顺铂的临床评价——附44例临床病理分析

摘　　要：本文对44例卵巢恶性肿瘤行术前常规顺铂化疗,总量100mg,临床观察有48％病例肿瘤体积缩小。通过病理分析表明:肿瘤缩小程度与组织来源,病理分级、化疗反应强度有一定关系。顺铂是比较理想的术前化疗药,它能使肿瘤缩小、粘连松动、出血减少,从而提高卵巢恶性肿瘤的手术机率和5年生存率。44 cases of ovarian neoplasms were received preoperative chemotherapy with cisplatinum. The total dose applied on each case was 100 mg. The volume of the neoplasms was decreased in 48％ of the observed cases The remission of the tumor volume was related to the tissue sources, pathologic types and the intensity of the response of the cases to the chemotherapy. The results suggest that cisplatinum is an effective chemotherapeutic drug. It can lessen the volume of neoplasms, loose the adhesion and reduce the haemorrhage during operation, by which the possibility of operation and the rate of the five-year survival will be increased
