摘 要:采用不同浓度不同配方的化杀灵WP对Napus SW 0742油菜进行处理,测定杀雄后盛花期油菜的乙烯释放量,研究油菜育性转换与乙烯释放量的关系。结果表明:经化杀灵处理后的乙烯释放量明显高于对照组的。化杀灵应用于Napus SW 0742油菜的最佳用药浓度为1.4 g/L,化学杀雄效果越好,乙烯释放量越高,乙烯释放量的变化与油菜雄性不育有直接关系。Ethylene release rate was determined in flourishing phase after treating Napus SW 0742 oil rapeseed with different concentrations of Huashaling. The changes of ethylene release rate and its relation with male sterility were studied. The result showed that the ethylene release rate of the oil rapeseed treated with Huashaling was higher than that of the CK. The result also showed that 1.4 g/L was the optimal concentration of Huashaling. The correlation between the male sterility and the ethylene release rate was found.
