摘　　要：一个民族的思维方式是该民族哲学、文化传统长期积淀而形成的。思维方式特点决定语言表达方式的特点,因此英汉两种语言的不同之处在一定程度上反映出中西思维方式的差异。翻译不仅仅是语言的转换,而且还是思维方式的转换。在翻译中,应注重思维方式的转换。The thinking pattern of a people is a natural result of its long term philosophical and cultural tradition. Thinking mode determines linguistic expression. Translation is not only the transformation of words between two tongues but also a transformation of thinking modes.
