摘 要:目的探讨晚期糖基化终产物(advanced glycosylation end products,AGEs)和β淀粉样蛋白(-βamyloid protein,Aβ)对老年人急性脑血管病发病的影响。方法采集60岁以上脑梗死(cerebral infarction,CI)患者(CI组,29例)和脑出血(intracerebral hemorrhage,ICH)患者(ICH组,18例)血清标本,应用免疫竞争饱和法测定AGEs,用放射免疫分析非平衡法检测Aβ,同时与年龄匹配对照组30例比较。结果CI组患者AGEs(13.55±1.00)mg/L,Aβ(1.43±0.24)μg/L;ICH组AGEs(12.45±1.03)mg/L,Aβ(1.42±0.13)μg/L;对照组AGEs(9.94±1.24)mg/L,Aβ(1.02±0.13)μg/L。CI组和ICH组两指标均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),CI组AGEs显著高于ICH组(P<0.05),而CI组与ICH组Aβ比较则无明显差异。结论高浓度的AGEs和Aβ可能与老年人急性脑血管病的发病有关。Objective To explore the relationship between the contents of advanced glycosylation end products (AGEs) and beta-amyloid protein(Aβ) and the pathogenesis of acute cerebrovascular disease in elderly. Methods Blood samples were collected from 29 patients with cerebral ilffarction(CI), 18 with intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH) and 30 control persons(CTRL) over 60 years old. Plasma AGEs anti Aβ were, determined by enzyme linked immnunosorbent assay and radioirrununoassay respectively. Results AGEs and Aβ were ( 13.55 ± 1.00) mg/L and ( 1.43 ± 0.24) μg/L in CI group, ( 12.45 ± 1.03) mg/L and ( 1.42 ± 0.13) μg/L in ICH group,(9.94 ± 1.24) mg/L and (1.02 ± 0.13) μg/L in CTRL group respectively. Compared with CTRL group, CI anti ICH groups had higher levels of AGEs and Aβ ( P 〈 0.05). The level of AGEs in CI group was higher than that in ICH group ( P 〈 0.05).The content of Aβ in CI group was similar to that in ICH group. Conclusion The concentration of blood AGEs and Aβ may relate to the pathogenesis of cerebrovascular disease in the aged people.
