摘 要:目的探讨石榴皮对幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)甲硝唑耐药株及敏感株的体外抑制作用。方法琼脂稀释法检测石榴皮水煎剂对H.pylori甲硝唑耐药株和敏感株的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),并计算MIC50、MIC75、MIC90。结果石榴皮对H.pylori的MIC的范围为7.8125~500mg/ml,H.pylori甲硝唑耐药株和敏感株对石榴皮水煎剂的敏感性无统计学差异(相对中位数潜力1.072,95%的可信区间为0.763~1.513),石榴皮对H.pylori甲硝唑耐药株和敏感株的MIC50分别为29.9mg/ml和28.0mg/ml,MIC75分别为65.1mg/ml和59.1mg/ml,MIC90分别为131.1mg/ml和115.9mg/ml。结论石榴皮有良好的抑菌效果,H.pylori甲硝唑耐药株及敏感株都对其敏感。Objective To study in vitro the inhibition effect of Pomegranate Rind on H.pylori metronidazole resistant strains and susceptible strains. Methods The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the water extract of Pomegranate Rind on H.pylori metronidazole resistant strains and susceptible strains was detected by the agar dilution method, MIC50,MIC75,MIC90 were also calculated. Results MIC of Pomegranate Rind on H.pylori was in a range from 7.8125 mg/ml to 500 mg/ml. The susceptibility ofH.pylori metronidazole resistant strains and susceptible strains on Pomegranate Rind had no statistical difference (relative median potential = 1.072, 95% confidence interval from 0.763 to 1.513), MIC50 was 29.9 mg/mi and 28.0 mg/ml respectively, MIC75 was 65.1 mg/ml and 59.1 mg/ml respectively, MIC90 was 131.1 mg/ml and 115.9 mg/ml respectively. Conclusion H.pylori metronidazole resistant strains and susceptible strains were susceptible to Pomegranate Rind.
