体液药物浓度测定1052例回顾性分析

摘  要:目的对1 052例体液药物浓度测定结果进行总结和分析。方法根据体液药物浓度测定数据结合查阅临床病历进行统计分析。结果1 052例患者中,治疗药物监测895例,有30.88%的血样因低于或超过有效浓度范围而调整剂量,症状控制率由原来的63.23%提高到82.87%,不良反应发生率由原来的20.3%下降到4.72%;药物中毒157例,确诊率由原来的58.03%提高到76.21%,治愈率由原来的73.54%提高到87.15%。结论体液药物浓度测定为临床用药合理干预和药物中毒的诊断及解救提供重要依据。OBJECTIVE To analyse the results of body fluid drug concentration determination in 1 052 patients. METHODS Statistical analysis was done to the data of body fluid drug concentration in these clinical cases. RESULTS In the 1 052 patients, 895 had therapy drug monitoring (TDM) and the rest 157 were toxicosis. The former needed to adjust the dosage because 30. 88% of the cases were under or over the therapeutic concentration coverage, their cure rate rose from 63.23% to 82. 87% and their ADR incidence was lowered from 20. 3% to 4. 72%. In the latter, their final diagnosis rate and the cure rate rose respectively from 58.03% to 76.21% and from 73.54% to 87.15%. CONCLUSIONS Body fluid drug concentration provides reference for reasonable clinical medication and diagnosis and the rescue of drug poisoning.
