摘　　要：研究了虚拟R&D组织知识管理模式的特点、运行基础、构成要素等方面的问题,提出了虚拟R&D组织知识管理模式的基本架构,并对该模式在具体实施过程中应注意的问题进行了初步探讨,为进一步研究虚拟R&D组织的知识管理模式打下了理论基础。This article first analyzes the nature of virtual R&D organization, and presents some research on the characteristics, operation basis and components of the model of virtual R&D organization's knowledge management and so on.Then it puts forward the basic framework of the model of virtual R&D organization's knowledge management, and discusses the problems rising from the implementation of the model, building theoretical basis for future research on virtual R&D organization.
