摘  要:目的:研究不同粘固剂材料、粘固剂厚度对基底冠、瓷层、粘固剂应力状况的影响。方法:采用三维有限元分析方法,对下颌第一磨牙烤瓷熔附金属冠进行模拟加载。结果:随着粘固剂材料弹性模量的增大,基底冠、瓷层上的拉应力峰值、压应力峰值、VonMises应力峰值都略有减小,而粘固剂上的拉应力峰值、压应力峰值、VonMises应力峰值却明显增大;随着粘固剂厚度的增加,基底冠、瓷层上的拉应力峰值、压应力峰值、VonMises应力峰值略有增大,而粘固剂上的拉应力峰值、压应力峰值、VonMises应力峰值却有所减小。结论:粘固剂的弹性模量、厚度对烤瓷熔附金属冠的应力影响较小,对粘固剂影响较大。Objective To study the stress statement of porcelain fused to metal crown (PFMC) with different kind and varying thickness of the cement. Methods Three dimension finite element analysis was made. Results It was found that, as the Yang's modulus of the cement increased, the peaks of tensile stress, compress stress and Mises stress are reduced indistinctively on the metal crown and porcelain, but increased markedly on the cement. As the thickness of the cement is increased, the peaks of tensile stress, compress stress and Mises stress are increased indistinctively on the metal crown and porcelain, but reduced indistinctively on the cement. Conclusion The Yang's modulus and the thickness of the cement have more effect on stress of the cement than on stress of PFMC.
