摘　　要：介绍了高频对称电缆几个主要电性能指标及改善措施,然后具体分析了电缆设计与制造过程中的一些技术问题,并提出了对绞线最小退扭率的要求。本篇主要论述电缆的制造。The requirements of some major electrical parameters of HF symmetrical cables and the method to improve these parameters are presented. Some techniques in the cable design and manufacture are analysed and the minimum back-twist rate for the twisted pair is recommended. In this part, cables manufacture is mainly presented.
