摘 要:目的探讨面神经诱发电位的最佳刺激参数和记录方法及临床应用价值。方法采用不同刺激波宽(0.04、0.1 ms)、不同记录方法(外耳道后壁、头顶)记录面神经诱发电位;切断面神经干,观察切断前与切断后面神经诱发电位的变化。结果在其他相同刺激条件和记录方法下,采用短波宽0.04 ms刺激较波宽0.1 ms刺激所得面神经诱发电位各波潜伏期标准差小;在相同刺激参数下,大鼠外耳道后壁记录较其头顶记录所得波形稳定;切断面神经干后,可见面神经诱发电位N1波潜伏期延长或波形消失等现象。结论采用刺激波宽0.04 ms,外耳道后壁记录可以获得较清晰、重复性好的面神经诱发电位波形;面神经诱发电位可以反映面神经的功能状态。Objective To explore the best method of stimulation and record of facial nerve evoked potentials and its clinic values. Methods Through stimulated with the different incitement timing(0.04 ms, 0.1 ms) we got facial nerve evoked potential with two channels record( the posterior wall of the external auditory canal; vertex). The varieties of facial nerve evoked potentials were observed after cutting off the facial-stem. Results Under the same condition, more standard deviation result in the group of stimulate timing 0.04 ms were smaller than that in the group of stimulating time 0.1 ms. Recording on the posterior wall of the external auditory canal was better than on the vertex. ;l'he latency of N1 obviously prolonged or disappeared after cutting off the facial-stem. Conclusion The investigation implies with the 0.04 ms incitement timing can get clear facial nerve evoked potentials recording on the posterior wall of the external auditory canal; facial nerve evoked potentials can reflect the functional state of facial nerve.
