生长抑素2型受体在上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的表达及其与凋亡的相关性

摘　　要：目的检测卵巢癌组织中的细胞凋亡情况,探讨细胞凋亡与生长抑素2型受体(SSTR2)表达的相关性。方法采用链霉素亲生物素-过氧化物酶法(S-P法)进行免疫组织化学染色,SSTR2阳性染色为棕黄色颗粒,定位于细胞膜及细胞浆;采用TUNEL试剂盒检测凋亡细胞,胞核中有棕黄色颗粒散在分布者为阳性细胞。均根据阳性细胞的比例判定结果。结果经统计学处理表明,SSTR2的表达与卵巢肿瘤的病理类型、组织学分级、有无腹水等有显著相关性(P<0.05),上皮性卵巢癌组织中细胞凋亡和SSTR2表达呈正相关(r=0.895,P<0.05)。结论卵巢癌组织细胞中SSTR2的表达可能参与细胞凋亡的调节机制,在卵巢上皮性肿瘤恶变的过程中发挥作用,并与恶性程度关系密切,有可能成为卵巢癌预后评估的参考指标。Objective To analyze the correlation of SSTR2 and cell apoptosis. Methods The expression of SSTR2 was detected by immunohistochemistry. The positive cells had brown grains which were situated in the theca and plasm of the cells. The condition of cell apoptosis was studied with TdT mediated dUTP nick end labeling （TUNEL） method, and the positive cells had brown grains which were situated in the nucleus. Results The expression of somatostatin receptor-Ⅱ had marked correlation （P〈0.05） with pathologic grade, histological type and the ascites of ovarian tumor. The positive correlation had been observed between SSTR2 expression and cell apoptosis （r=0.895, P〈0.05）. Conclusion There is positive correlation between the expression of SSTR2 and cell apoptosis in epithelial ovarian tumor. SSTR2 may participate in the regulating cell apoptosis and may perform function in malignance.
