摘　　要：目的评价胸骨舌骨肌瓣在垂直喉部分切除声带重建中的应用效果。方法21例声门癌患者,行垂直喉部分切除术,并应用单蒂胸骨舌骨肌瓣行声带重建。结果21例患者术后均发声质量较好,喉功能得到较好的保留。结论垂直喉部分切除术后应用单蒂胸骨舌骨肌瓣行声带重建,术后发声质量良好。Obiective To evaluate the effect of sternohyoid muscle flap for vocal cord reconstruction following vertical partial laryngectomy. Methods Included in this study were 21 cases with glottic carcinoma and received vertical vertical partial laryngectomy. Following this kind of laryngeal operation, they were operated on with unipedicle sternohyoid muscle flap for vocal cord reconstruction. Results All these 21 cases were shown good quality of vocalization after vocal cord reconstruction, indicating a better reservation of laryngeal function. Conclusions Vocal cord reconstructing procedure with unipedicle stemohyoid muscular flap is a more ideal operation for cases received vertical partial laryngectomy to make them undergoing a better recovery of vocalization.
