摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤电汽化术(TVBt)治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的治疗效果。方法对67例浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者行TVBt术。结果67例膀胱肿瘤1次切除,平均手术38min,2例术中膀胱穿孔,全组无输血。术后平均留置导尿管72h,42例随访24个月,复发17例(26.9%)。结论TVBt具有损伤简单,止血效果好,汽化深度可靠,膀胱穿孔少及术后并发症低等优点。[Objective] To evaluate the safety, efficacy and morbidity of transurethal electrovaperization of superficial bladder tumor （TVBt）. [Methods] TVBt was performed in sixty seven patients with superficial bladder tumor. [Results] The tumor was resected in one-stage for 67 cases. The mean operative time was 38 minutes. Intraoperafive bladder perforation occurred in two cases. No patients needs blood transfusion for bleeding. The mean duration of an indwelling urethral catheter was 72 h. 42 cases was follwed up for twenty four months, and the recurrence rate was 26.9%. [Conclusions] TVBt is a simple, effective and safe surgery for the treatment of superficial bladder tumor.
