摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术中胆道造影的方法、适应证和临床价值。方法选择性对38例腹腔镜胆囊切除患者术中经胆囊管行胆道造影。阳性者行胆总管探查术,阴性者单纯切除胆囊。结果术中胆道造影38例均获成功,阴性36例,阳性2例。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术中胆道造影避免了胆道阴性探查,减少了漏诊,具有重要的临床应用价值。[Objective] To investigate the methods, indications and clinical value of bile duct radiography in laparoscope cholecystectomy. [Methods] Laparoscope cholecystectomy in 38 patients having bile duct radiography from cystic duct, the positive cases have exploration of common bile duct, the negative cases only have laparoscope cholecystectomy. [Results] Bile duct radiography was succeeded in 38 cases, 36 cases were negative, 2 cases were positive. [Conclusions] Bile duct radiography can avoid negative exploration of common bile duct, lessen missed diagnosis, has important applicafional value in clinic.
