摘 要:建立了一种剪式驾驶员座椅的运动微分方程,导出了其固有频率f0、阻尼比ξ和振动传递率η的理论计算公式,分析了系统主要参数对振动特性参数f0、ξ和η的影响,并以HY-Z04型剪式座椅为例,计算了系统的振动特性参数f0、ξ和η的值,分析了它们随等效簧载质量m的变化规律。研究结果表明:座椅的f0、ξ均随座椅悬架系统等效簧载质量m的增大而减小;η在振动放大区随着m的增大而增大,在隔振区随着m的增大而减小;示例座椅的阻尼比ξ明显偏大,以致其在隔振区的振动衰减能力变差,故需对其作进一步的优化处理。The motion differential equation of one kind of scissors linkage driver's seat was established and the theoretical computing formulation of its natural frequency f0, damping rate ε and the vibrating transmission rates η were deducted. Based on the formulation the effects of system main parameters on the vibration characteristics parameters, such as f0, ε and η were analyzed. And with the example of HY-Z04 type scissors linkage seat f0, ε and η of the vibrating system and their altering rules as the equivalent sprung mass m changing were computed. Study results show that the natural frequency f0and damping rate ε both descends with m the equivalent sprung mass m increasing; the vibrating transmission rates η increases in vibration enlarged zone and descends in vibration--isolated zone with ,n increasing. Furthermore, the daniping rate ε of the seat is obviously in a high side and which makes the vibrating attenuation capability become bad in the vibration--isolated zone. Therefore it is necessary to make some optimization to the seat.
