摘　　要：目的探讨自体双层巩膜扣盖术在老年患者羟基磷灰石(HA)眼台植入术中的应用。方法行眼内容摘除术后,剪开巩膜形成2片带眼外肌半游离巩膜瓣,双层帽状扣盖于植入眼眶内的眼台前。结果12例(12眼)中除1例发生结膜开裂,保守治疗后愈合外,其余11例未出现眼台暴露、感染或交感性眼炎等并发症,术后眼部外观饱满,义眼片转动良好。结论老年患者HA眼台植入术中应用自体双层巩膜扣盖术,可减少眼座暴露及感染的发生,加快血管化,能达到良好美容效果。Objective To investigate the effect of autologous double-sclera shape cover in HA implantation among old patients. Methods After evisceration of eyeball,the sclera was clipped to form two part free scleral valves with extraocular muscle. The double-sclera cap was covered before orbital implant. Results One of 12 cases（ 12 eyes）occurred coojunctivai break,and cured by the conservative treatment. No one occurred orbital implant exposure,infection sympathetic ophthalmia or other complications. After operation the appearance of eye was perfect. The movement of eye ball was satisfied. Conclusions This kind of operation procedure applicated to HA implantation among the old patients can greatly reduce the incidence of exposure and infection,accelerate vascularization,coutribute to beautify-effect as well.
