摘 要:针对自主研发的电喷系统所匹配的两种电位器式油门开发了故障自诊断策略,包含信号检测、合理性检测及故障后的失效保护等功能;诊断采用专家系统的方法,策略的标定采用统计分析与专家经验相结合的手段,考虑到油门参数在批产状态下的个体差异以及磨损老化等引起的信号漂移,在油门样本的选取,抽样方法的确定上都采取了对策,使得油门诊断策略兼顾了敏感性和包容性的要求,为自主研发的电喷系统顺利进入产业化提供了技术支持。Intelligent diagnostic strategies have been designed aiming at two kinds of potentiometer pedals ,which are equipped to injection system exploited independently. These strategies include signal check, plausibility check and failure function. When calibrate the strategies, expert experience and statistic analysis are referred, and special means are adopted in choosing sample to deal with the dissimilarities between pedal products and dissimilarities appear during aging, which make the strategies give attention to sensitivity and tolerance and can accelerate the industrialization step of electronic controlled fuel injection system ex ploited independently.
