摘 要:研究了旋转液体纺绩法各工艺参数对铝硅合金线材成型过程和线材质量的影响,确定了较佳工艺参数范围。结果表明,在喷嘴直径为0.25~0.5mm、氩气压力为0.4MPa、旋转鼓转速为400r/min、合金液飞行距离为5~10mm、合金液入射角为35°~45°及合金液过热度为100~150℃的条件下,可稳定获得横截面圆整一致、晶粒细小的合金线。为保证线材质量,还应通过添加盐溶剂以提高冷却介质的冷却能力、添加表面活性剂以减小冷却液的表面张力。Effects of various processing parameters on quality of metallic wires fabricated by in-rotating liquid spinning method (INROLISP) were theoretically and experimentally studied. Al-Si alloy wires with uniform cross section and very fine grains could be fabricated stably under the conditions that the interior diameter of nozzle was 0. 25-0. 5 mm, Ar pressure was about 0. 4 MPa, cooled liquid flowing rate was 4013 r/min, melt jet flying distance was 5-10 mm, melt jet entrance angle was 35°~45° and the melt superheat degree was 100~150 ℃. In addition, the quality of the wires could only be assured under the conditions that special salts and active agents were added into the cooling liquid to improve its cooling capacity and decrease its surface tension.
