摘　　要：目的:探讨卵巢肿瘤的CT诊断价值。方法:对23例经手术病理证实的卵巢肿瘤的CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果:本组CT诊断正确率为72.4%。良性肿瘤绝大多数表现为边界光整的薄壁囊性肿块。囊内脂肪密度、牙齿及钙化等是囊性畸胎瘤的特征性表现;细而规则的分隔是囊腺瘤的CT特点。恶性肿瘤呈实质性和混合性,肿块边缘不光整,增强后实质强化明显,并且多见盆腹腔转移。结论;CT对卵巢肿瘤的诊断很有价值。Objective： To explore the value of CT diagnosis of ovarian tumors. Methods： The CT findings of 23 eases of ovarian tumors confirmed by surgery and pathology were analysed retrospectively. Results： The accurate rate of CT diagnosis was 72. 4%. Most of benign tumors showed thin-wall cystic masses with smooth margin, CT characteristics of cystic teratomasin were manifested as fatty density, tooth and calcification in the cyst, and the wall and septa of the eystadenomas were thin and regular. However, malignant tumors were parenchymatous or showed a cystic and parenchymatous mixen with irregular margin, and the substantial tissue of maligant masses were obviously enhanced, and metastasis of the pelvis and abdomial cavity was common. Conclusion： CT is of great value in the diagnosis of ovarian tumors.
