摘 要:以环氧氯丙烷和正丙醇为原料,通过相转移催化法合成了正丙基缩水甘油醚。以正丙基缩水甘油醚和β-环糊精为原料,在不同浓度氢氧化钠水溶液中合成了多取代的丙氧基-2-羟丙基-β-环糊精,反应的收率为60%。利用薄层色谱、红外光谱、差热扫描量热分析、质谱和核磁共振技术对所合成的丙氧基-2-羟丙基-β-环糊精进行表征,利用质谱和核磁共振技术计算多取代丙氧基-2-羟丙基-β-环糊精的平均取代度,并以对氨基苯甲酸和对氨基苯磺酸为客体,研究了不同反应条件丙氧基-2-羟丙基-β-环糊精的分子识别性能,研究发现氢氧化钠低质量分数水溶液条件下所得反应产物对客体分子具有较好的包结作用。Propyl glycidyl ether (PGE) was obtained from propyl alcohol and epichlorohydrin by phase-transfer catalysis. Using synthesized PGE and β-cyclodextrin as raw materials, in different concentrations of sodium hydroxide solution, heptakis propyloxy- 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrins were prepared in yield of about 60%. TLC, IR, MS, DSC and ^1H NMR were used to determine aimed products of propyloxy-2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrins. Furthermore, the average degrees of substitution for each heptakispropyloxy-2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin were calculated through MS and ^1H NMR methodology. Using sulfanilic acid and p-aminobenzoic acid as the guests, the performances of molecular recognition of propyloxy-2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrins were studiedunder different conditions. It was showed that propyloxy-2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrins had better inclusion ability in low concentration of sodium hydroxide solution than in high concentration.
