摘 要:介绍了新型催化剂TiSiW12O40/TiO2的制备方法,并用自制的该催化剂在微波辐射下对没食子酸丙酯的合成进行了研究,考察了醇酸摩尔比、催化剂质量、微波辐射时间、微波辐射功率等因素对目标产物收率的影响。实验结果表明,最佳反应条件为:醇酸摩尔比为15∶1,催化剂用量为0.3 g,微波辐射时间25 min,微波辐射功率为480 W,反应转化率可达93.7%。The method of the preparation for the new-style catalyst TiSiW12O40/TiO2 was showed. And using the catalyst which made by ourselves, the synthesis for propyl gallate under microwave radiation was studied. The influence on the product caused by some factor including the molor ratio of the alcohol and acid, the amount of the catalyst, the irradiation time of the microwave, the power of microwave irradiation were also discussed. The experiment showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows:the molor ratio of n-propyl alcohol to gallic acid is 15:1,, TiSiW12O40/TiO2 is 0.3 g, and reaction time 25 rain, the power of microwave irradiation was 480 W, the yield of ester can reached 93.7 %.
