扶正化瘀胶囊对慢性乙型肝炎患者血清肝纤维化指标的影响

摘　　要：目的观察扶正化瘀胶囊对慢性乙型肝炎患者血清肝纤维化指标的影响。方法慢性乙型肝炎患者87例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组44例,对照组43例,对照组采用一般护肝治疗,治疗组口服扶正化瘀胶囊1日3次,1次3粒,3个月为1个疗程,观察治疗前后血清肝纤维化指标。结果治疗组治疗后血清肝纤维化指标明显下降,而对照组下降不明显;治疗组和对照组有效率分别为66%和30%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论扶正化瘀胶囊能改善慢性乙型肝炎患者血清肝纤维化指标。Objective It is to observe the influence of Fuzheng Huayu capsule on serum liver fibrosis parameters in the patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods 87 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 43 patients in control group were treated with conventional protection liver therapeutics. 44 patients in treatment group were treated with Fuzheng Huayu capsule three pills each time and three times per day for three months. Serum liver fibrosis parameters were observed before and after treatment. Results Serum liver fibrosis parameters in treatment group after treatment three months declined significantly than that in control group, the effective rate of treatment group and control group were respectively 66 % and 30 %. There was significant difference between the two group （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Fuzheng Huayu capsule can improve serum liver fibrosis parameters of the patients with chronic hepatitis B.
