摘 要:目的在数学模型指导下研究不同能量和不同频率脉冲Nd:YAG激光照射牙釉质的形态变化。方法选择一致性较好的离体牙150颗,均分为5组,用牙用高速钻头在牙合面及邻面制备各类洞型,1组用磷酸腐蚀,其余4组根据理论公式选择的不同能量和频率的脉冲Nd:YAG激光进行照射,然后在扫描电镜下观察各组作用后牙齿表面特征并测量牙釉质凹坑的直径和深度,与理论计算值进行比较。结果脉冲Nd:YAG激光照射牙釉质,在特定参数下效果较磷酸腐蚀为好,能够增加表面凹坑的大小,有利于加强牙齿和复合树脂之间的粘力。结论用脉冲Nd:YAG激光代替磷酸蚀刻牙釉质的形态变化显著,更有利于树脂的结合。Objective To observe the micro-morphology of enamel exposed to the pulsed Nd: YAG laser with various energy and frequency. Methods One hundred fifty teeth with same condition were divided into 5 groups. In each groups the teeth were treated with phosphate etching or pulsed laser irradiation with various energy and frequency; then the surface of teeth was observed with scanning electron microscope. Results Compare with phosphate etching, better results were obtained when the enamel was exposed to pulsed Nd:YAG laser with certain parameters; the surface was rougher and the shear bond strength of composite to enamel and dentin was stronger. Conclusion Compared with phosphate etching enamel, the pulsed Nd:YAG laser irradiation may result in a rougher surface of enamel.
