摘　　要：为了解我市护理人员对护理继续教育的需求情况,采用整群抽样,问卷调查形式,对762名护理人员的基本情况,及其对继续教育的需求及形式等内容进行了调查。结果显示:96.46%的护理人员认为护理继续教育是必要的,有87.53%的护理人员希望参加继续教育,但由于种种原因制约着她们接受继续教育的培训。护理管理者应重视护理人员的继续教育,加强护理继续教育的组织结构建设、质量评估等多方面的工作。To find out the continuous nursing education demands of nurses in Qiqiha＇er city, 726 nurses were investigated by questionnaire and cluster sampling was used. The results showed that 96.46 percent of nurses believed continuous mursing education is necessary and 87.53 percent of them were eager to take part in the continuous education. Many factors limited their chances to receive continuous education. The nursing managers should pay more attention to the construction of continuous nursing education organization and its quality control.
