摘　　要：叶嘉莹否定《人间词话》的创作目的是对南宋以来的词坛“纠偏补弊”,认为它的目的是“为中国文学建立批评体系和开拓途径”。王国维生活的时代背景、理论修养及《人间词话》的内容显示,其主要精神是游戏,创作目的是缺失的。YE Jia-ying argues for the system of the Chinese the purpose that WANG literature comment that Guo-wei creates the Comments time.
