猪萎缩性鼻炎诊断方法研究进展

摘　　要：猪萎缩性鼻炎是世界上公认的危害集约化养猪生产的重要疾病之一,并且已成为难于培育无特定病原猪群的四大疾病之一。在国内,随着集约化养殖程度的不断提高,猪萎缩性鼻炎曾一度暴发流行,造成很大的经济损失。因此,猪萎缩性鼻炎的诊断方法对于该病的监测和控制具有重要的意义。文章对该病的细菌学、免疫学和分子生物学诊断方法进行了概述。Swine atrophic rhinitis is one of the important diseases that threaten intensive pig industry throughout the world; furthermore, it is one of the four primary diseases that are hard to raise SPF （specific pathogen free） pigs. With the development of intensivism in China, this disease is used to be prevalent and causes important economics losses. It is significant to develop diagnostic methods to detect and control this disease. The diagnostic methods in the aspects of bacteriology, immunology and molecular biology were reviewed in this article.
