关于“学位论文数据库”的几个著作权问题的探讨

摘　　要：本文讨论了学位论文数据库建设中比较容易引发著作权纠纷的几个问题,包括论文是否属于已发表论文、论文的著作权归属及其使用范围等,指出学位论文应属于已发表的职务作品,著作权归作者所有,单位有权在特定的期限和范围内使用。Some problems, which can eause some knottiness during the construction of full-text dissertatioli database, have been discussed in this paper. These problems include whether the dissertation is a published one, the ownership of the copyright and use scope of the dissertation, it is proposed that dissertations should be classified as published ones, the eopyright owns to the author and the dissertation can be used in a lintitative scope.
