摘 要:本文研究了纤维素酶在黄芩甙提取工艺上的应用。纤维素酶的比活力为1500个活力单位,酶解温度为50℃、pH值为5.0、酶解时间为18 h、煎煮时间为40 min。实验结果表明:加酶提取黄芩甙比不加酶提取的产率提高16.3%,产物中黄芩甙的纯度有明显的提高。This text researched the cellulase enzyme in treating bacicalin increase the yield of the baicalin,the experiment adopt 1500 activities unit of cellulase enzyme. The best conditions was 50 ℃ , pH 5.0, time of application of cellulase to treat was 18 hours, time of cooking was 40 minute . The yield of scutellaria Baicalin Georgi extracted from baicalensis by adding enzyme was more 16.3% than usual.Production purity of baicalin was increased.
