摘　　要：信息不对称是风险企业的显著特征,也是形成风险企业独特控制权安排的主要原因。利用信息经济学的方法对风险企业控制权安排的三个特点进行分析,弄清风险企业控制权安排的不同方面都是为了解决因信息不对称而引起的某个方面的问题。Information asymmety is an obvious feature of the VC - backed firms and an important determinant of special control power arrangement, This paper analyzes three characteristics of the control power arrangement in VC - backed firm in information economics and concluds that every aspect of control arrangement is the response to a problem caused by asymmetric information.
