摘　　要：目的:综述肿瘤多药耐药逆转剂及逆转策略。方法:查阅国内外近年有关文献资料加以分析、归纳和总结。结果:肿瘤多药耐药逆转剂能增加肿瘤细胞对药物的敏感性,从而达到逆转的作用。结论:使用耐药逆转剂及其基因治疗,具有良好的应用前景。Objective： To summarize the resistance reversal agent and new reversal strategies on multidrug resistance of cancer cell. Methods： To cheek, analyze and sum up the national and internationnal relative literatures. Results： The resistance reversal agent of cancer cell can increase the tumor cell＇ s sensitivity to medicine in order to reach reverse action. Conclusion： Using to the resistance reversal agent and gene treatment optimize chemical treatment and possess good developed prospects.
