福建省民办教育投资模式与发展政策研究

摘　　要：分析了福建省民办教育发展的历史、现状、投资模式和特点,以及存在的发展困境,并对照《民办教育促进法》实施和民办教育地方立法的要求,对转变政府职能、加强政府监管、规范办学秩序等提出了建议。The article analyzes the history, current situation, mode and characteristics of investment and development straits of private education in Fujian Province. In line with the enforcement of the promotion regulations for private education and Fujian local legislation regulations for private education, some suggestions about converting government function, strengthening government supervision and standardizing school running are put forward.
