摘　　要：在分析绿色技术资源向企业转移缓慢的原因及其对技术创新影响的基础上,提出了加快绿色技术资源向企业转移的对策.The environment and resources are the two important factors which influence the sustainable development. The application of the green technique resources in enterprises may relieve the impact on the environment and resources. After analyzing the reason of slow diffusion of green technique diffusion, it puts forward the methods which speed up the diffusion of green technique resources to enterprises.
