摘  要:目的 评价神经导航在颅内肿瘤手术的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析我科2003年1月起进行的75例颅内肿瘤导航手术。结果 本组颅内肿瘤及其周围解剖结构定位精确,平均注册误差2.4±0.4mm。术后近期(3个月~1年)复查颅脑MR证实肿瘤全切率89.3%,手术并发症6.7%,手术时间和住院日较常规开颅手术有所缩短。结论 神经导航定位精确,有助于完善手术策略;实时导航颅内肿瘤手术,有助于提高肿瘤全切率和手术疗效。Objective To assess the clinical value of neuronavigation in intracranial tumor microinvasive surgery. Methods A total of 75 cases with intracranial tumors under neuronavigation microinvasive surgery, since January 2003, were reviewed retrospectively. Results The tumors and the surrounding structures were located accurately with mean registration error (2.4 ±0. 4)mm. Total removals were achieved in 67 cases(89. 3%). The postoperative complications were found in 5 cases (6. 7%). The durations for operating and staying in hospital, were found shorter in cases under neuronavigation microinvasive surgery than those under conventional surgery. Conclusion It is indicated that, the neuronavigation system is accurate in both preoperative strategy and real-time orientation of intracranial tumors under microinvasive surgery; thus, it in- creases the radical rate of intracranial tumors with favourable microinvasive outcomes.
